Default Any 4.7 HO users in or near Flordia?

Superchips is still looking for a donor vehicle for the 4.7H.O. so they can fine tune it. They never tested it on one yet they released the H.O s/n b/c they knew it'd be close enough...

I pretty much stick with this board so if any of you are members on other forums can you post the ? I'm hoping we can find at least 1 H.O. owner in FL who wouldn't mind a free programmer for lending their truck.

Thanks

I am in Florida and I have the HO in my 07 TRX-4. I would be willing to do this but time is not on my side. I drive an hour each way for work and work ten hour days. The math says not much free time except for weekends. I also have lost an appreciable amount of interests in my Dak because of lack of quality/problems etc. I’m planning to sell it in 2011when it’s paid off. So I wouldn’t be a good candidate. IMO. Unless Super chip can get the stumble out of the engine and get me better MPG at the same time then if not that would be a no. If they can do this for me and hand me back my truck in the near mint condition I gave it to them I would be interested. Test away! I can always use the upgrade as a plus when selling the truck.

I wouldn't know how long they'd need your truck but I believe they give you a rental. Unless your doin 50hr wks that'd leave you 3 days off, no?

I don't understand why you wouldn't do it even if you didn't get rid of the stumble or better MPG. You get a free programmer that you could atleast sell afterwards. You won't know if they can't fix/improve if you don't give SC a chance. Give em a call!

Does it have to be a 4.7 HO in a dak? My '02 Grand Cherokee Overland has a 4.7 HO in it and I am about 40 mins from Sanford...

Yeah I'm pretty sure. You could call and talk to Ken Moorehead at SC whose their vehicle acquisition coordinator. Desk 407.585.7048 or 888.227.2447 ext 7048
