forget about rollers, our trucks have what is compatible to the roller, because of the cam design, an yes krc sells the 206 cams

When I first got my truck my original forum was dodgedakotas.com; those guys raged about rollers for the 4.7. I am quite surprised no one mentions it on these forums... back then 3rd gen was a new model though and most of these guys were 2nd gen.

simple cam swap, our lash caps are compatible to 1.8 roller rockers, so i did not have to change them, than a custom tune from marty at krc, it takes some time to get the correct tune, everything is done over the internet. to this day, i am still getting tunes, still messing with my nitroous an now that my convertor is in, we will have new numbers soon.

for a simple cam swap, about 6 hrs. if you have help, there is a thread somewhere that has a detailed tear down an swap, you may have to google it, took this guy 13 hrs to do, also you need the correct tools an spanner wrenches, that was his problem, not the correct tools or wedges. google search, 4.7 cam swap

Cam swaps are fairly simple as long as you do your research. Takes about 4-6 hrs as mentioned above and I made my own wedge tool out of wood.

Just remember

HO cams = direct replacement
206 cams = lash caps
212-224 = lash caps, beehive valve springs and custom tunning.
