I just stopped at the local dealership. Had the service guy run my VIN.
No Recalls. No Service bulletins!
Life is good!
Stick on hood scoops aren't so cool. The RT hood scoop from the dealer is $600. This one looks cool:

I called my local service department right after I started this post & found that my VIN was Recall Free as well. Again, Life is Good.
And yes. That is exactly the hoop type I'm looking for. With a real, functional scoop. Just have to get it painted to match...
