HW, here is a shot of the plugs on a 99 Durango (my wife's ride) after 100k. I would guess these were stock. Yours shouldn't be as bad because they have less years than the big D did.

yikes, those are ugly!

I have 55K on mine, was planning to change mine this weekend,
Nice big empty and warm shop at work to do it, as it's -20c outside right now.
