I am on stock street Wranglers on my 08 Dak. Surprisingly, they have gotten me through some pretty bad situations when in 4WD. Having said that, I am more comfortable with a set of more aggressive "truck" tires because I have come pretty close to getting stuck on a few occasions. So let's hear it. I don't plan to change my wheels though.

I put a set of Goodyear Silent Armor on my 05 Dak. Only got 2WD, but they have been pretty good. On days that it looks bad out, I've thrown about 300lbs of cinder blocks in my bed. Havent gotten stuck yet, and the handling has been good. As expected though, once I changed from the OEM Eagle LS I did notice about a 2.5 mpg decrease.

i love the toyo M/T's, got them on all my trucks, great milage out of them and the best traction in all conditions compared to any other tire i have ever run, only down falls are, they are a little pricey but well worth it, and they do make a little noise, but it is tollerable, at least for me

I have used the Firestone Destination A/Ts. They were great in the snow.
Now, I have Goodyear Authority A/Ts. These are amazing in the snow, mud, loose stuff, etc. They look like a M/T, but are A/T's.

I have Bridgestone A/T they have sumwhat of an aggressive look not as much i would like but they got me out of alot of stuff. Im in NJ so back when we had the first big storm i drove home in only 2wd right now with the blizzard im leaving it in 4wd and snow under the cover for weight because of the ice I would recommend them and my dad had them on our durango and they lasted 5 years so there good and the Durango was known to spin sumtimes they are great traction for my truck because my rear end is full positraction and they tend to spin when im doing a sharp turn from a dead stop these dont allow it to spin as the stock wranglers did. but i was a stupid *** and spun my tires to show off and ended up getting a ticket but it was worth it because everyone else trucks are pretty much lifted with worked engines or lifted duallys i dont get **** from them anymore.

Destination A/Ts here as well. Winter was scary with the factory tires. Now I can get anywhere I want with no trouble.

Well, after boasting that my stock Wranglers took me places I just got stuck in my own driveway. It is really a clearance issue. There was over 2feet of snow on the bottom of driveway. I also learned that the so called 4WD lock doesn't lock . Left rear tire was spinning but no action in front. What good is 4WD then?
