need help with hid kit

What is the best kit to buy and do they come with high/low beam in one kit please help

I haven't done the headlights yet,
Those seem to be good quality, http://www.v-leds.com/H13/c267105-1-2/ and they come in a few different options.

I got the same brand for my Fog lights, haven't had any ploblems with them.

no need to go to v-led... HIDExtra is a vendor on the site, and you can get a discount just for being a member. check out the vendor section for their latest promos and discount codes.

I purchased a hi/low kit from them, and its fantastic. just remember to get a relay so they dont just flicker.

Do they sell it with a relay? I literally just grabbed a kit from them yesterday with a valentines day discount... but I didn't see if the kit included the relay.
