I think you need some replacement parts and a body shop!

What happened?

Driving too fast on ice huh? Damn automatically deploying steel spikes on the tires failed!

But seriously, I hope you have full coverage insurance. Take the hit and file it as that is gonna cost you to get it fixed.

Off ebay you can get a stock grille with chrome inserts for $110, and its very easy to replace youself.
As for the bumper, it looks like you not only cracked it, but the whole bumper is crooked now?
My truck had a crooked bumper when I got it, and its a pretty easy fix. The bumper cover pulls off, and then I just loosened all the bolts on the bumper reinforcment, used jacks to make both sides straight and even with eachother, and tightened the bolts back up. The bumper cover just slips right back on.
If your looking to keep the fix cheap, my suggestion would be just get the grey bumper cover. I have it from the factory on my truck with the chrome trim piece, and it doesnt look that great, but if I brush in to something, my bumper never gets messed up. A gray bumper cover can be had for $150. For under $300 and a couple hours of your own labor, you would never be able to tell what happened. Only downfall is you would have the gray plastic bumper.

It looks like you did crack the bumper reienforcment underneath too, so depending on how bad that is you may want to replace it. Here is a combo on ebay, with the textured gray bumper and the bumper reienforcment. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-07...Q5fAccessories
For $111, it would definetly be worth considering.
And for a grille, I looked and you can get just a stock one with black inserts. Here is that listing. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GRILL...Q5fAccessories
Good luck!
