1) It's the same stuff Gibson uses on their higher-end systems.
2) I sent him a diagram after spending some time under my truck with a ruler and a calculator finding the lengths and angles of the old crush bent system.

3) His username on ebay is belair427. I found him through there when I saw his pre-bent pieces. His real name is Curt Hogan, and I believe his shop's name is Hogan Performance (http://www.hoganperformance.com/index.htm).

Sweet, I wonder if that is the same diagram for an 05 exhaust? 26" total length seems kind of short... I need pipe from y-pipe back to rear wheel... what is the a picture of?
Thanks for info!

That's from the muffler back. I had them install an unknown length of 3" tubing from the y-pipe back to near the rear doors, mounted the muffler, then installed that tail piece. The black box is the muffler, and it wraps around the frame rail on the passenger so that it is tucked up out of the way.

Oh cool... I guess I didn't realize... y-pipe back is just straight until the muffler area? Sounds easy enough.

Yup. Between the y-pipe and the muffler is straight pipe. The hardest part will be hangers and I believe a grounding strap. With it routed the way I have it, the hanger right before the rear axle just reaches the main bend so it's not flopping around.

Haha, I understand Trucky. My parents arent going to be happy with my exhaust, thats why I plan on installing it when they are gone for the weekend. That way, if it turns out to be obnoxious, I have a whole weekend to find a new muffler.

And to the mandrel bent tubing question about the "good stuff" -
T409 is stainless steel that will show surface rust, but will never rust through
T304 is stainless steel with the most anti-corrosive materials that should never show much surface rust if any.

So T409 is generally fine for exhaust tubing. You wouldnt want exhaust tips made of T409 because it can show rust.

Those look sweet coming out the side. Dual outlets out one side, right?

Hey trucky sorry about the grammar was in a rush to post it before bed. I do have the Gibson system i like it and is pretty much straight only bend in it is over the axle and at the end sounds gd. I know they make it diff styles mines all 3'' from cats to muffler (is huge) then 2.5'' back then the end is 3'' out the end. the guy before me had it put on all i can say is he payed sum money because the way its put on and the welds are done very nice. Tomorrow is looking good so i can get down there and take sum pictures the drive way is still some what ice.
