can you explain exactly how to get the bezel off? I can see the screws on the bottom, but tried to tug the bezel off and couldn't do it. I was afraid to scratch up anything or break anything.

Remove the two screws (3).
Using a trim stick or equivalent, separate the four retaining clips (1) and remove the bezel (2).

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the bezel.
