I ended up getting everything but the plugs done today. I couldn't find a thin wall socket, and didn't have time to modify the one I bought. The diff change was a pain since the old gasket material did not want to come off. Aside from a scare firing the truck up where it look slightly longer to start than normal, then it ticked for about 3 minutes, everything went well. I'm just hoping my driveway isn't yellow or purple in the morning

I got a quote to change the fluid in both diffs for about $100 .... looks like I will go that route.
