Default 2005 Dakota Replacing Head Unit

Hey guys I know I have seen the thread a hundred times but I couldnt find it in the DIY or FAQ, so what I need to know is what insert do I need to get and what wiring setup do I need to get to install an aftermarket radio in my 05 dakota. I was looking on amazon earlier and discovered this combo but I thought I remembered seeing somewhere that the wiring harness was 75 bucks. http://www.amazon.com/Stereo-Install.../dp/B000KKXO8K

Thanks alot, I was doing some reading and some guys take the cheap route and just get 12V power from the cig lighter but I knew I had seen a more formal way. If you dont mind, how exactly does that axxess harness work?

One end plugs into the wire harness that used to be plugged into the old radio and the other end is ur bare wires that you connect with ur new head unit speaker wires, power lead, power antenna ect..... the harness basically is making an extra power wire stealing power from another wire on the factory side
