I tapped the sensor directly on Trucky's. The water temp sensor is a whole nother story. We tried two different sensors and direct tap to the OEM sensor water temp sensor. His fan controller would not activate from any of them. With some research, Trucky discovered his fan controller is referbushed. We are hopping Flexalite sends him a new one.

Travis, I thought you would like those guys. They are top notch, lol.

Well I have good news and bad news. The good news is the sharadon stage 3 valve body is great, beautiful firm shifts at all speeds. The under drive pulley is working well, I'm sure it free'd up some horses. But after all the rave on these torque converters, I am disappointed. I got a 2800 stall and I feel no power difference at WOT or off the line. I'm hoping it needs broken in or something, but I was counting on it to give me some low end UMPH and it just is not there right now. More on it later....

Sorry to hear man, you got to experience how hard my stall launches at 3000 rpm, lol. It didn't take but a day or two to break mine in. Give it a couple of days and see if it gets any better.

Did you drive it hard or take it easy the first couple days?

The first day or two I wimped it around. After that, WOT. I didn't give it anymore than two days to break in before driving it hard again. I know mine launched so hard, I broke one of the bolts holding the torque dampers to the engine block. I didn't do that will the stock OEM converter.

Something else, in your build what cam duration did you tell them? If its built based off your estimated regrind, you won't see the full potential of the stall until you get the reground cams in.

Brake covers are at autotrucktoys.com but I painted mine black. Underdrive pulley seems to be doing fine, it's only been one day, but I don't know if I would go around telling everyone to get it, for the price/power ratio.
Blown- I just called Andre and it IS the camswap that is bogging it down right now, the stall converter is looking for torque that isn't there yet! So at least we figured that out. I CAN however brake stand and spin 'em up like never before though so that rocks
sidenote- I think my radiator is leaking, my garage floor is wet with reddish brown fluid.. yikes.

They just changed the tranny fluid last night but that didn't stop the leak.. maybe I just can't see well, we've been messing with the radiator so I am assuming it is that, maybe it is orange.
Also Eric, I am trading my HID kit out for the RIGHT one, good call on that, those HIDextra punks...
