Default Bolt pattern Comparison

I have a set of custom 6 lug Wheels that would fit a 1999 Dodge Dakota but I do not know what the lug pattern is for a 1999 Dakota and a 2006 Dakota niether are 4X4. The main reason why I am asking because I would like to lift my 06 Dakota and use the wheels I have sitting on the Side that used to fit my 99 Dakota. I know I will need a Wheel Adapter kit I am just trying to figure out whats the lug space difference from the 99 6 lug to the 06 5 lug pattern.
