Default Reinstall stock tuning for emissions testing?

Im going for emissions tomorrow, and was wondering if I should reinstall the stock tune. Its not a problem to, Im just to lazy and I dont want to reinstall the performance tune again after. They dont sniff test anymore here, its all done through the computer. Anybody ever have any problems with emissions testing and superchips? Ive been reading that for gas vehicals, superchips is CARB approved and any vehical that will pass without the performance tune will pass with the performance tune.

It wouldn't hurt, only takes like two seconds. I have a specific SCT tune just for emissions, lol.

not sure how they do it there. but in Nevada if the check engine light isnt on for obdII. rest assured youll pass. the sensors involved in smog and emissions would throw a light. and all DMV smog stations do here is run your sensors to check everything.

just had mine inspected with a tune and it passed fine. They do hook the trucks up to the computer here now. I wouldn't worry about it.

Ok, the tuner is in the center counsel so if anything Ill retune it and get it retested. They went to OBDII testing here couple years ago, and I have heard that in general if your engine light is off, you will pass. Ill let you guys know how it goes. Thanks for your help.

Well I was at the dealer for a warranty issue and it was noticed I was out of inspection... I had the tow tune installed because I feel I get the best all around effects of the tuner, and I tow on and off. Anyways the dealer inspected it, no questions asked, and it passed. Last I checked here in Pa all they did for emmissions was make sure no lights were on, your gas cap passed the pressure test, and your cats were still on.
