Trouble Code: P0301
Cylinder 1-8 Misfire Detected
Trouble Code Conditions:Any time engine is running and the adaptive numerator has been successfully updated. When more than 1.5% (300M, Magnum), 2% (Durango, Ram), 2.5% (Durango LEV, Ram LEV), misfire rate is measured during 2 trips, or with 10-30% misfire during 1 trip. 3 good
Possible Causes:
Trouble Code: P0700
Automatic Transmission Control System Malfunction
Trouble Code Conditions:Ignition on or engine started. The PCM received a message over the CCD Bus from the Transmission Control Module (TCM) that it had detected a problem and set a trouble code in memory.
Possible Causes:
This happened after a car wash? I will assume that it had an "underbody wash" and sprayed water up. So with that, I am guessing (pure guess here) that a relay or something of that nature got wet.
I would first reset the truck, the see if the CEL comes back.

Possible Causes:
- ASD relay output 2 circuit fault
- Injector control 1 circuit fault
- Coil control 1 circuit fault
- Ignition wiring, spark plug, or ignition coil fault
- Fuel pump inlet strainer plugged
- Restricted fuel supply line
- Fuel pump module fault
- Fuel pressure leak

Possible Causes:
- The presence of this code means the TCM detected a problem
- TCM related Sensor has solenoid is damaged or has failed
- This code is for information only - check for other TCM codes
- TCM or PCM has failed
