I have an 06 raider and was wondering if anyone put the black steel rims(16s) on there truck. I was wondering what offset to get that would keep the same as stock? Also, I just bought tires 3 weeks back and if i bought new rims would it be ok to dismount them and install on new rims??? Thanks
be carefull buying stock steel wheels, all the research I did before I bought my wheels is that steel are hard to balance and stay balanced.. There weight is another issue there are allot of things you need to research before you buy good luck.. Cya Slick

i dunno ive never heard this but never looked into it but if this is true i know guys that run tires bigger than a 35" usually have the same problems with balancing and maiting the balance so they'll run a bead balance. if you do go the route of steel rims maybe ask about a bead balance they through what looks like tiny ball barings inside the wheel and when you start driving i guess the force from the wheel rotating forces these beads to the proper areas to maintain the balance even when rims are caked in mud lol just something for you guys to look into IDK if it can be done with smaller wheels but its worth asking
I know this question has been asked many times. What offset would i need to go with to retain the factory look. I'm currently running 265/75/16 hankook dynapro atms. The rims are factory 16s with the chrome cover on them, so basically steel rim.
