hear that they wrote of my 02 neon after a lady blew the intersection mind you my frame was pretty warped lol I still miss the little bugger
noticed the air bags didnt go off??????????? no reason they should wanna write it off

Ouch that sucks man. I highly doubt it's something you need to worry about but one thing to have the body shop check before you refuse to total it is the frame. If you bent the frame you're much better off letting them total it and starting over with another dak, if not then fight on!
I hope it works out well for you man, mine was pretty trashed if you remember when that happened and you'd never know unless I told you now, a good shop can work wonders. One thing I did was make sure they knew up front about parts I wanted to change (painted vs chrome and plastic bumpers, aftermarket parts, etc). He was able to work it out so that the insurance paid what it would have cost for the stock parts and I paid the difference (mostly paint) so I could do it as cheaply as possible without it being insurance fraud. Good luck!

Well, I can legally say i want the money to fix it even if they say it's totaled. Then I can just part it out myself. Park it in my garage and sell pieces to everyone so i can make some money back and pay it off.

i would not worry about the truck, you were the last person in the wreck, that means the first person, the second person and the third person can all sue you, forget about the dak, BUDDY YOU NEED A GOOD LAWYER,
