Hey guys is it ok if the cv shafts have a little bit of play?

 

hmmmm how'd you find this

 

i thought my balljoints were shot cuz it was banging when i turned, but then it got realy bad to the point where i didnt think it was the ball joints so i jacked it up and my ball joints were ok. So i inspected the whole front end and i grabed everything and tryed to shake it to duplicate the sound and my left cv shaft has a decent amount of play. The right one does too but not as much.

 

Mine do not move at all. Or at least an imperceptible amount.

 

I just went out and checked mine. Mine have less than a 1/32" of play on the ground and almost nothing lifted up.

 

Oh well i think i have a problem then =[ o well Thanks for checkin guys

 

think ima check mine I've seen what you do to yours and I ain't much better to mine :S
