help with mpg

been running it now for about a month with no engine temp changes. my efan seems to do a great job with cooling. as for rocks im sure it would tear it apart and for that kind of terrain you would want a stronger material. but does keep the belt from being derailed by a stob coming up into the large opening under there. as for taking off, i drilled and tapped 3 holes across the cross member and then one on the frame on each side of the radiator. didnt want to secure it to the radiator support. so 5 bolts and its off. however i havent changed oil yet but believe the filter to still be accessable through the side of the plate.

i prefer yours to mine exept mine is thicker and use stock thread on frame mine will resist to rock but probabely not the rad support so a mix of our 2 design would be perfect!!!!

what are your MPG result?

didnt really expect a big mpg change however it does seem to be alittle better, (or maybe im driving alittle softer)
