I just took mine into the shop to get done less then a year ago, i notice some weird grind when i hit bumps, take it back in, they said its my lower ball joints.......... wtf?

I can do oil changes and breaks, tie rod ends myself, but i have never replaced ball joints.

i was told if i can do those i can prob change them myself, and know for a fact they are done right and definitly changed.

Which brings me to my main question, does anyone have any guides for replacing lower ball joints?

you should be able to just press out the old ones and press in the new ones. i went ahead and just replaced both control arms with mevotech control arms. greasable ball bearing and they seem to be less likely to rust weld themselves
