So 265/70 should fit on a stock 4x4 with no rubbing issues? Or atleast nothing major?

265/70/16 will fit on a stock Dakota. Some, including mine, came with that size. No worries about rubbing.

So now I just have to choose if I go the BFG A/T route, they have both 245/70/16 and 265/70/16 .....
While I want a bigger tire, I dont know if I wanna slow myself down with a bigger tire.

I recently put 265/75/16s from an 01 ram onto my 05 dakota. Had to trim the splash shield on the drivers side quite a bit, but after that I haven't noticed any rubbing. Its close though. The tires were pretty worn when I got them, I think with brand new tires I may have more rubbing.
