I think we should do the truck of the month thing

 

TOTM stopped a few months back because of so much politics regarding the voting, visual of current votes, the trucks, solicitations in other subforums, some slight bashing, disagreements on which trucks could participate etc etc. So the official DF OTM was officially suspended (at least as far as I know, in that I havent been on in a while).

Other subforums usually hold their own TOTM like the 3rd Gen Rams. The 2nd Gen Daks did too but idk what happened.

 

I think we should have a 3rd gen dak OTM

 

All wed have to do is start a poll thread and have users post images and mod lists. keep it in the 3rd gen section??? not sure how this will fly with admin.

I think you would need to start 1 month in advanced. Someone would need to be charge and moderate the TOTM. Everyone who is in the poll would have to be nominated by another member on the board (just my suggestion).

If you are nominated then your name would go on the poll for voting.

 

I think I agree with Eimer, if you dont have someone in charge its going to get pretty messy and completely unorganized.

Yeah well how the official OTM went would ...

-That someones vehicle would be nominated by another member.

-Then another member would second them

-The nominated member would have to accept or decline.

There were some other rules such as length of membership, photos in garage etc but Im sure theres no need to apply those here. On the day of voting, the OTM in charge would begin a poll thread with 1 picture of each of the candidates vehicles, the candidates would also be able to list more pictures and mods of their setup and then voting begins for the month.

I would be the last person to keep anything organized lol but id like to see a 3GDOTM
