If youre not towing they are kind of overkill, but its better to have more stopping power. Match them up with a set of the green stuff pads and let us know what you think!

I've seen some users recently putting slotted rotors on.. (snipingdude, trucky I think). Seems like a worthwhile investment. Where'd you get your AVS headlight covers??

On a special note, dont do the $50/each rotors from Orielly. Ive been bedding my in and they still shake more than my stock rotors did with 100k on them. Looks like Ill be doing another brake job later this summer.

I've had really good luck with the Oreilly rotors. I don't tow anything, so maybe that's why mine are doing ok.

I paired them with a set of semi-metallic pads (which were also the cheapest) I was short on money that week ....

I only have about 125 miles on them so they should get a little better. They stop nice, just a slight shake when slowing down from 70mph.

Good To know... I think I ate through my current pads... getting a bad grinding on stopping... so good chance I f**ed up my rotors... unfortunately I never got the "warning squeal" so going to take it to the shop to verify then order the rotors... if necessary

Nola24, those AVS headlight covers can be founf at autotrucktoys.com...but they are pricey....$80...that's kinda steep if you ask me.
