ok so i got little bit of a problem
Nah boots are like 25 bucks or less and the boot guns can be rented. It takes more time getting the axle off the hub then it does putting a new boot with grease on.
If your boot got torn and the grease inside became contaminated it is. If stuff gets inside the cv shaft, it will cause wear on the parts and if you want to just replace the boot, you have to strip the cv shaft and completly clean everything off before putting a new boot on and filling it with grease. If you catch a torn boot right away though, then thats all you need to replace.
yea it was torn for a while. I dont know if you guys remember me posting somthing about it a month or 2 ago. but the new ones in and with that and the ball joint replaced my ride is so much smoother.
