i would honestly go for brenthal and giant...etc etc. over the show and shine kits like rough country and craptech (sorry. fabtech) brenthal and giant make TRUE travel lifts that have been tested and proven in the worst conditions and deserts. i would much rather only have 3" of lift if i knew i could cycle my suspension way up into the fender and droop it way back down. that provides for the best ride.

geoff i mocked up my first prototype 3" longer control arm on the bottom. with the angles at full droop and compression i found we wont be able to use a straight control arm. if i make another 3" longer control arm but kink it in the middle so it bows up. it should give me that 90* coil over to control arm angle. back to the bench lol

pardon the cheap paint drawings. im not too handy with CAD

at full compression the top one would cause the coilover to flatten out and the bottom to come outwards losing the shock ratio

and the bottom one would cause it to go inward making it more effective.

lol im preaching to the choir, you know all this. just saying the flat arm didnt work for me. so i have to rebuild it

I have designed a replacement rear Pre-runner spring pack for the 2005-2011 Dakota/Raider truck that will be a direct bolt giving you a 3” lift for the 2WD and 2” lift on the 4WD trucks costing $650 for the pair and that comes with new urethane bushings.
To get this new spring kit in production and get made, we need 5 or more of you to call or email in your order. So tell everyone you know that has this truck to jump on board, to get this new piece started.

yea. but the way deavers are designed. you have to see their site. its amazing. most of you guys are looking just to go higher so maybe shackles and blocks would be a better option for you guys. deavers are more for the long shocks prerunner guys.

Well, if there's a decent kit that can give me a true 3" or more, suspension lift with good angles and no extra wear and tear on my CV's, that rides nice, and performs better off-road, I would be interested.
