SLICK... my plan is to try to make the lower grills so they kinda bubble forward into the opening to keep them alligned then we need to figure some way to attatch them... i think the only way would be some kind of epoxy around the frame.... ill explain later tongiht when i get home
thats cool I am sure you will do great you did such a fine job on the other part of your grill I am sure the valance will turn out awesome as well.. I just dont have the time right now to come up with a good solution the bumper between work and graduation party after graduation party on the weekends, some time having so many friends with kids aint always a good thing LOL LOL.. cya Slick

3 things...

1.) I am always hesitant about doing stuff like this, making a non-reversible cut to a piece of plastic...probably going to stab at it sometime...thanks for the work on putting all the pics together...caring is sharing.

2.) The whirlybirds birds that this this product is intended to work on is of the great maple tree..

3.) With homemade tutorials and such, I always look to see that there may not be a reflection of the camera operator reflecting off a surface that may not be wearing pants...kudos..only one foot with sandals and possibly unkept toenails..
(Google - naked guy teapot, for those who never heard of this)
