superchips trans download question

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the updater?

yes, i did that first.... the dude on the phone really wasnt into helping me, so i think he just gave me a blow off excuse..... he told me to hang on a wait a few weeks and call back?

The release was officially made for all 04-09 models. You could try returning your vehical back to stock, updating, reprogramming your vehical, and then update again.

Are you even getting the basic trans options under advanced tune that allow you to change the trans between "superchips" or "stock"?

You should atleast be getting the basic trans options. You could try contacting scott@superchips here on the. Forum. He posts a lot in the superchips questions thread in the 3rd gen ram section. He will get you help because there's something definetly wrong.
