Default Best sounding Muffler

I was thinking of getting a new muffler to make the Dakota sound a little more aggressive. I have a 2005 H.O. v8. I have magnaflow exhaust on my corvette and the change in sound from stock was nice. What kind of exhaust or mufflers is every one else using?

I was thinking about getting this:

http://www.amazon.com/Flowmaster-952.../dp/B000CNHEJ0

I am also up for suggestions but please keep in mind that I do not care about increasing performance on this truck because the main reason I got it was so that I can transport my girlfriend and our kids since we can not all fit in any of my other 3 cars, and to do little home depot or lowes runs. So i dont need a expensive cat back exhaust or anything else I just want a little more performance sound. Thanks for any input.

personally i dont really like the sound of flowmasters. I went with MBRP and like the sound alot, but kinda wish it was louder. I may be trading out for something else. I was actually looking at the magnaflows

I have a magnaflow single in dual out. The rear resonator was removed and it makes a nice low rumble and keeps tone nice through the rpm's. It's not overly loud in the cab as is. Will be removing the front one to get a little more tone out of it. I have been very happy with it and it's been on almost a year. My father has a flowmaster on his QC Hemi Ram and i think it sounds like crap cuz its to loud

I went with a Magnaflow # 12256 muffler, single in single out. Removed the rear resonator, and it almost sounded like stock. So then the front resonator came out as well and it sounds really good now! It is not too loud either, a little bit of cabin noise, but that is to be expected. Finished it off with a Magnaflow tip, part # 35204. It's nice to see magnaflow engraved on the tip.

Thanks for the input everyone. I think I will go for a magnaflow like most suggested. Blown nice video! Borla is a little to pricey for what i want though lol.... and dakotaff, I also like the look of the stainless round tips with magnaflow on them they peek out just enough under my rear bumper on my vette for you to see the engraved "magnaflow" in them and i really like it. Thanks again everyone and if anyone else has any suggestions please reply. I dont plan on ordering them until about 2 weeks and am still open to suggestions

Thanks for the feedback on the FM's. I guess they are definitely out of the question. I want to keep the sound on the outside. I noticed the Magnaflow muffler that most people have is satin finish. Does Magnaflow make a polished stainless steel muffler with the tips on it already like on my corvette?

The look of the muffler is not as important as the sound but if i can get both for a little more then that would be best.

its gonna be a lot easier if you just add a muffler, the mufflers with the tips attached arent exactly meant for trucks
