Has anyone replaced their heater hoses on the 05 4.7?
If so where did you get the hoses as I can only seam to find them at the dealer?

eBay. Search for "Dodge Dakota Heater Hose". I saw a few on there.

Thank you for the link but those are not the correct heater hoses, as the ones on the truck are a rubber hose coming from the engine then crimped into a metal pipe running across the engine then crimped back to rubber hose.

oooohhhh....those hoses.....my bad....i'm striking out on that too....could you use generic hose of the same ID and clamp it to the pipes?

 

When I installed the blower I had to remove the OEM rubber to medal. I just bought standard radiator hose at NAPA and ran it behind the block.
