Whatever you do.... do not use the BP method.... they can't clean up oil for ****! Haha I spilt some oil on my old ranger... I just used really hot water and a lot of dawn soap
When i had to clean all the oil off the bottom of the talon, I used that yellow greased lightning stuff from wally world. First I washed it with a pressure washer, and that didnt do anything, I let that Greased Lightning soak in for a few minuted and the oil rinsed right off. I just grabbed a spray bottle and used that stuff straight. But that oil wasnt brand new, it had miles on it.
So if you run into a tough spot to get, try that stuff out, a gallon was like 6 bucks. (and it works great for degreasing the engine bay too.)
This happened to me a couple weekes ago. I used some dish soap and a sponge and sleaned that area a few times then cleaned it at the carwash...worked fine
