Central Timer Module location?

Central Timer Module location?
I have a 2005 Dakota club cab, from what I've searched and read I have a CTM issue, headlights blink sporadically and sometimes the instrument lights do as well. I pulled the driver side kick panel as is said the CTM is located there, and nothing! Anyone know where I can find it? Thanks.
