For what it's worth. I just had my shocks and struts replaced with Rancho 5000s. (1500 miles to be exact) The truck does ride more firm, I will say "truck like". Bumps are harder, but also so much more controlled. It's nice not to be bouncing all over the place, or having the feeling of being on a boat in waves. Bumps now are a once and done event. The truck has about 60,000 on it. I payed a little over $300 for the 2 struts and 2 shocks. The other big difference is in how the trucks takes onramps now, alot of the body lean is gone. Truck just feels more secure overall. Again, just my 2 cents.

you got a deal getting ranchos installed for a little over $300! I can't find anything less that $450 for just the struts! (i put the rears on myself).

I picked up the Rancho struts and shocks for $300 also, that was only for parts. There is no way that price included any sort of installation.

This was money extremely well spent, you won't find anybody who wishes that they did not get the Rancho's.

Sorry about the confusion, $300 was just for the parts.
