Ok now im not necesarily doing this instal on a dakota but... Lets jut say i was instaling a sun pro gas gauge on my truck
And tips

you need to make sure that the sending unit is compatible with the gauge. or get one that is... other than that, its straight forward.

oh well i have a gauge that they have at pep boys i forget the brand. how do i no if they are compatible.

you need the ohm ranges of both to be the same
