Default Conversion to MAF

Has anyone ever thought about it or heard of someone converting a Dodge 4.7 from speed/density to MAF? I have read a couple write ups online with older Fords and stuff, but I cant really find anything for a late generation Dodge. Can it even be done reasonably?

The benifit is better engine response to certain upgrades and easier tuning, amongst some other things.

I am sure it can be done. I think you are going to need a whole new tuen though so that the computer understands it.

Yeah, I was wondering if anyone has ever even heard of someone doing it on a Dakota. The benifits of a MAF would allow you to feel even a minor modification like a cold air intake mod.

It means Mass Air Flow. It sensors the amount (cfm) of air the intake takes in.

To convert MAF to SD you need a laptop tuning solution
People change to SD? I though MAF was best for performance?
