Default 2005 Dakota transmission problems ! :-(

Hello, I'm new on this forum.
Greetings from Chile.
My english is not very good, hope you can understand me and help me.

I've a 05' Dakota 3.7L V6 (4 doors), everything was ok, but since last week I had to use the 4WD in my little farm. The ground was very muddy, so I used the 4Lo, everything was ok, when I finished I turn back the **** to the original mode (2WD), since that time, when I start riding and the transmission goes from 1 to 2nd there are a big stroke, then everything it's normal with the next gears.
Evertime I stop and start riding the same happens.

I also noted that the truck has not the same force. I feel it heavier.

What do you think? do I need to change the transmission fluid? is there something wrong? any suggestion?

Thank you!

Try and drive a small distance forward and reverse in each selection of 2hi, 4hi and 4lo then back to 2hi. Maybe something didn't shift back correctly after you drove in 4wd Low range before.

awesome. Can you better describe this "big stroke", I assume that means it's slipping? Bad solenoid? Transfer case is troubled?
