shocks with lift question

its time for new rear shocks and i dont remember the lenght i got when i did the lift? any info or recommendations from lifted truck guys.... thanks

from what i know...

rough country are very stiff and too long for 1,5 rear block

i would use rancho for stock application on 1.5 to 2.0''

and rough country for 2.5''+
