Default Catalytic converter leak

I have a 2009 quad cab, laramie. Developed an exhaust leak. Dealer told me was driver manifold seal, but then when really checked it out, now tells me it is a weld on the catalytic converter. Anyone else have this problem?

No, haven't fixed it. Took in 1 mo ago. Took 2 weeks to get the parts to fix the manifold gasket, then took last friday to have it fixed, had truck all day and said wasn't right and was the weld break in catalytic converter and now have to order it. So, for now I get to huff exhaust at every red light.
