Eric you are correct. I forgot about that, but they are still better since they are mounted in the channel and not on the outside.

I have EGR in-channel visors, replaced the stick on ones and think they look much better.

given the choice, I would go in channel. I have the double sided AVS ones now and am not going to change untill/unless I have to. The prius have the in channel and I love them. here is how the truck looks
