grease fittings?

Default grease fittings?

my dad is looking for grease fittings on his 09 dakota qc trx4 (4x4), im not home to look for him so descriptions or pictures would help if anyone knows where they are (i have a bad feeling that there wont be any, but want to be sure)

HAHA Grease fittings now and days.... GOOD LUCK!
Unless you installed an after market part you can pretty much bet there will be NONE

Why would they put grease fittings on!?! Now when the part wears out they can hope you buy an OEM part that they can make money on.

thats pretty much what i figured, but (like i said) im away at school so i cant crawl around and look for him so i figured asking you guys was the next best thing

No problem. You would figure there would be grease fittings on a 4x4 truck ....

mine's got them on the ball joints and tie rod ends....guess that means I already have aftermarket ball joints and tie rod ends, scratch two things off my upgrade list...

Consider that good luck. That means the guy before you had the headache, and paid the cash, for you.

thats pretty sad that a truck with less than 50k miles has to have that kind of work done on it.....

Yeap very sad to replace steering linkage and ball joints with miles under 50K!

What is even worse is the dealership having to replace all ball joints twice, wheel bearings front and back twice, and outer tie rods twice under the 36,000 warranty. On a truck that only drives on pavement to and from work. and some highway trips. AKA my truck.
