my whole point was to minimize under the truck time. sure, I still have to drain, but after that I am upright again.

Has anybody looked into getting the little trough for the 4.7 that the 3.7 guys seems to all have?

Well I am buying one... as soon as I check with the dealership on their price and or make sure it will fit the 4.7. Online its about $2-$4 without shipping...

Part Number is 53032773AA

You would need to fab up your own or mount it differently. There's a reason they only have one on the 3.7 and not the 4.7

I was thinking it was a clearance issue they were worried about... it only mounts by 1 nut/stud... I am going to look at it tonight and see what it is, take some measurements and such.

Anybody with a 3.7 want to take some pictures as well for comparison?
