My 2000 Dakota was Flame Red and was actually hit by a real bull. He put his head down and rammed right into the front wheel well. I was glad his horns were trimmed. Just ended up with a big dent above the tire.

Was this in IL or did you take a trip down to El Paso?

This may be why insurance rates are higher for red vehicals; in the 1:1,000,000 chance a bull charges your vehical!

Road trip to New Mexico, stopped at some event that had "small person" wrestling, and bull riding. The bull jumped the gate and went on a rampage in the parking lot.

They have "small person" wrestling in Milwaukee all the time, surprised you have never seen it.

Sorry for the thread steal and getting off subject.

I am now waiting on the insurance adjuster, but i went and got a quote of my own. The estimate comes to $1510.55 in damages. 655 in labor, 598 parts, and 257 additional costs. If the insurance is quick, the shop can get started on it next Monday, and have the truck back by Thursday morning.

Yes i will insist on Mopar parts. The shop said that insurance companies push for aftermarket products but that dodge is doing a price match. I bought an aftermarket lower valance once on an old truck and it was so thin it sliced my hands up installing it.

Little people wrestling huh?

Yea they will cover the rental, but he said they don't have any pickups but that I would get a nice car. If the wife likes the rental i may just let her drive it and then I take the Durango.
