I feel your pain...
I've had two of my cars backed into within two years....
My Malibu was a little over two years ago, parked across the street, where my neighbour backed into it, causing over $1500 in damage, damaging the left front fender, left front door and mirror.
The latest was my 1973 Datsun 240Z, that was backed into in a coffee shop parking lot. Causing over $800 damage according to one body shop, in reality it will cost much more than that to fix it properly.

I took my truck to the only reputable shop that I knew of, and even their perfect work doesnt look factory. Its really impossible to get both finished to match. As long as I keep a coat of wax on the truck, no one can tell though. Make sure they use BRAND NEW Mopar parts. My insurance company wanted to do all refurbs and used parts on my truck in an accident that wasnt my fault. I got rear ended by someone who didnt have insurance. Did I mention they wanted to bondo the tailgate? Just keep fighting with them until you get what you want. Your truck was perfect before the accident, it should be the same after.
