All spot on, that's the same setup I used to install mine.To add a little bit for anyone worried about cutting the dash you only need to cut the bezel. The radio itself mounts right up just like your stock one behind the bezel.
Yes, you need the low speed canbus unit (RER with NAV, REN without NAV) and need the myGig adapter:

You will also need to cut out your dash opening to fit.
You will also need the "hacked" firmware to get the clock to work (NAV units only, clock will not work on non-NAV units).
I cannot tell you how much I like this unit, Uconnect is awesome, SAT radio, mp3 storage, etc.
It is not cheap, but good deals can be found on Ebay.

Thanks! The chrome body molding is on, the chrome door handles (NOT covers, but full chrome handles!) are arriving on Friday. Still on the fence on the mirror covers...leaning towards YES
Also would not mind having the front bumper cover color matched to the truck....but that will wait until I have the funds
