On the cross drilled version I have heard issues of heat cracks forming. Maybe one of your is cracked.
That is why they are dimpled, and not cross drilled all the way through. The depth of the drill hole is short, but enough to allow particles to escape.
Damyankee, I too have dimpled and slotted rotors but hear no clicking. You can over tighten the lugs and warp the rotors, did you use a torque wrench or just gave it all you got?
