Hey guys, just noticed about a week or so ago that my front end started squeaking big time. Started on the drivers side and now its on both sides. Weird thing is, it started when the temp dropped to the low 40's and went away for a day or two when it warmed up, but now it's doing it again. At first, I thought I needed to maybe lube things up front, but I couldnt find any ports on the front end of the chassis to lube. Am I blind, are they hard to find, or are they just not there?
Hey thanks guys, I was just curious, cuz last winter I had no issues, so hopefully if its just a lube issue I can get it taken care of cuz god its annoying!!!
dakotas are horrible about ball joints goin bad and no grease fittings there shot by 75k in most cases hope this help there not hard to replace if you have done any before
Let us know how your ***** are. My front end has gone arthritic also. I'm pretty sure its control arm bushings. I learned to drive on a 1971 Ford Torino that made exactly the same noises, creaky, and clunky. Its giving me flashbacks
