I'm pretty sure you need the 2 1/2" leveling kit not the 3". I got the 2 1/2" on mine and its leveled.

I wouldnt lift the front end that much .... that will put the CVs and tie rods at a huge angle. All that is needed to level off the truck is 1.5" and with a 2" you start getting to the point where you will need rear blocks. 2" will sometimes make the front end higher than the rear. Atleast thats what I remember reading .... I could be wrong though since 2.5" did it for 08XDakota.

On my 06, the 1.5 leveling kit sits perfectly level. maybe the 08's have more of a rake than the earlier models.

That 3 inch leveling kit says it will not fit Megacab or 2WD models, sounds like a Ram leveling kit to me. I would stay away from that kit.

I was told by trail master that for a 4wd anything more than 1.5" will speed up wear and tear on the half shafts and the rest of the front end, but I think with 2wd you should be fine.

yeah well anything you do with raising the front end will only speed up the process! I mean we all know that trash is trash...all i gotta say.
