where does the other end of the hose off of the PCV valve go to I'm stumped

Usually back to the throttle body plenum or air cleaner.

Default PVC TBS Change

Dodge came out with a Service Bulletin 25-002-08 in May of 2008 to stop the moisture from freezing in the PCV plumbing during extreme low temperatures. The Bulletin replaces the existing PCV/Oil Fill Housing with a new Fill Housing without the the PCV port. The new and much larger PCV valve is located on the drivers side just aft of the valve cover and it is threaded right into the engine block. They also replace the upper half of the air box and do some rerouting of the tubing. So check out Dodge Service Bulletin 25-002-08

My Google-fu was strong this morning. PDF attached.

Looks like it is generalized to that generation of the 4.7L.

Now, if someone has a picture for the location of the PCV valve on the 2011...
