Hello,
In the past I had no luck finding a busy message board for 3rd gen Dak owners then came across this place. Looks like a lot of 3rd gen dak owners here.
Anyway, I bought my 05 used as a do-everything truck. Since its my daily driver I wanted something smaller than a full size but wanted something that will pull a 5000# car trailer. The Dak fit the bill perfectly. Its a full size truck in a smaller package.
My truck is an all black SLT 4x4 Quad Cab with the sport package. Its been debadged, chrome grille painted black, has mopar tuner tails, dynomax dual tip exhaust and has some 18" wheels with AT tires. Looks pretty good. Only performance mod other than the exhaust is a Superchips tuner that is used just to recal the tranny because the stock calibration sux!! The tuner was the best thing I did.
I plan to service the truck and give it a nice detail and wax this weekend so I'll have to get some pics up.

Nice sounding truck! Welcome to Dodgeforum and the 3G Dakota Section. I am glad you joined. We are the busiest 3rd Gen Dakota Section that I know of. Anyways, before the others tear ya apart about it, post up some pictures for us

Man, I thought we were going to have to answer another question about how someone wants to lift their Dakota again. Lol. Another "topic that has been beaten to death" avoided!
