so with hemi-fevers tune spread does that mean it'll add more power then 20rwhp with cams?

...just looked at the Dakota specs. The 4.7L HO has 260hp @5200RPM vs. 230hp @4400 RPM (for 4.7L magnum) and 310 lb ft @3500 RPM vs. 290lb ft @ 3600 RPM (4.7L Magnum).
I guess that answers the towing question.
Does the HO have any other differences that help add HP and TQ ?

Nope, you really don't have to start thinking about things like that unless you go 212+ on cams, custom tuning/fuel mapping or running boost/nitrous.
