I'm seeing two from superchips, regular and "cortex"
Which is the one you got?
i've got the superchips 3865 flashpaq! its good and really quick after the initial set up! cleared my Check Engine light after sea foam made the misfire code...love this thing best thing i've ever gotten!
okay well...for differentials its 75W140 if you do any towing 75W90 if you dont do any towing. for the transfercase it takes the same fluid as your transmission ATF+4. Hope that helps!
No, the front diff. requires 75W-90 and the rear requires 75W-140
You are correct on the Transfer Case and the Transmission, but if you are only at 100K miles and you know the truck was maintained and changed on the correct schedule (changed at 60K Miles) the Transmission isnt dues for another 20K miles. Now as for the Transfer Case that was only recommened to be checked and isnt recommended a change until 120K miles. More changes I guess aren't bad as long as you keep track.
As for Tuners either one is good... I think the Cortex has more compatible vehicles too.
I dunno I think I would have almost went with a tuner first... only because it was more noticeable performance wise. I mean dont get me wrong the exhaust was noticeable, but not as noticeable. Exhaust is going to be cheaper though.

I need to have the tranny flushed and do the transfer case/diffs. I'm just past 60k so it's time and I'm just too lazy...lol
I would not flush any thing. It can cause more problems then you want just change the fluids once or twice a month for two or three months yeah it might be a pain but it will save money and a whole lot of head achs in the long run
And will flush out the old like you want. Oh and don't forget to change the tranny filter

i know there are two schools of thought on this subject....I'm kinda hesitant about getting it flushed because I've heard some horror stories about tranny issues after flushing....the dealer does not recommend changing any filter, only flushing, thats why I was leaning towards that.
well, for myself, with almost 100k, i'm completely draining and redoing EVERYTHING, and while i'm down there, i'm doing EVERYTHING. I don't exactly drive "nice" all the time either... and i'm in Chicago area, so it's a lot of dodging road rage as well... which... well, means i drive rough.
